Arby's is known for their roast beef sandwiches, and almost all their sandwiches contain roast beef. We got to the order point and they told us they would be with us in a minute. After sitting there for 10 minutes they finally got back to us and told us they were out of roast beef and could not make any sandwiches that contained it. I do not understand why they could not have told us that before we sat there for 10 minutes waiting to order. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere.
