everything is too expensive

The movie experience was ruined by a group that was saving two whole rows in the that theatre . So even though there was only a Handful of people there when we showed up 30 minutes early. Our seating was extremely limited because two individuals were "reserving " the best two Rows in the theatre Forman unofficial birthday party . Then the group was loud and inconsiderate . It was not the fault of cinemark theaters but certainly had a significant effect on our experience .

Concession stand is not real clean theaters are small and parking doesn't make sense.

Bathroom and concession area was very dirty this time. Concession check out staff rude and stated he's not wanting to be there. Ticket taker lamented not wanting to be there either. Not great customer service.

Purchased a ticket for a movie that was already 20 minutes into the show and attendant did not mention it. I had the time wrong. A comment would have been nice so I would have not purchased. Went into the theater then realized it was already on. Got refunded but wasted time.

The theater was great. I just hated the movie.
