rude staff and they also forgot something for my order

we wanted iced tea and fries and we got what we ordered. the tea was good but a bit warm so I asked or extra ice and the employee gave me a full large cup of ice. I was very pleased with that. the curly fries were hot and good but the potato cakes were barely warm, greasy and mushy in texture. not like they used to be.

Slow service cold food over priced messed up order

Ordered the classic fish. It had no taste.

The store was filthy. The bathroom was a mess. It seemed like the employees were more worried about talking to each other rather than waiting on us. The food was great. Just a very poor customer service visit. We will not be returning to this location. My wife was very angry at the service as well. She waited 15 minutes to get 2 chocolate turnovers. That's after we waited a long while for our food. The girls in the back were very loud talking to each other.
