They were out of several things. Every time would order something the girl would say we are out. Out of cherry pies, out of apple pies, out of mozzarella sticks, out of baked potatoes. It was 8:00 and they didn't close till 11:00!!

Food was great, but this drive thru is always very slow. Employees are friendly but have zero hustle. I've worked a drive thru before and if I loped along as slowly as these guys manager would have set me down for a talk. My food was ready, but the cashier walked around a bit before passing it out the window. :(

I had a Market Fresh Turkey Swiss with lettuce and mayo and it was very good. The staff was friendly and they brought the food out right away.

Arby's is my favorite fast food and I do not have one where I live in Vermont.

I was at Arby's at 8:00 pm. Business was slow at this time. Placed our order went and sat down. They said they would bring our food out. There were 2 guys that came in behind us and placed their orders which was quite large was for more than the two of them. It seemed to be taking along time then I realized the guys behind us were getting their food. Their order was to go. So I went up to counter they said " can I help you" I said " yea I would like my food considering I was here before them" they started putting the food on the tray and they put the fries on which they had actually put up in the warmer when we were paying. I told them I would like other fries since they had been sitting there awhile. That was probably the worse experience at Arby's I'm along time. I can understand when it is busy, but not when it is slow
