Slowest service I've ever had. 35 min for drive thru and the gentleman taking orders was short and rude.

The speaker needs to be replaced..... It's terrible the order taker can't hear and its frustrating

This was one of the worst visits that we have ever had to an Arby's restaurant. We tried ordering, and the lady at the window cut me off and just asked us to pull to the window. When we got to the window, she told me that she couldn't understand a word that I was saying. I then asked to make a substitution, and she argued about it with me, even though I have always been able to. It ended up working when she rang it in. I hope to God she was either new or having a rough night, because she made my crappy day even crappier. The food was good though.
