The lady taking our order put us on hold before we ever ordered and then forgot us. We sat there 3 minutes or so before someone finally took out order.

Good food and OK service

I love Arby's but this trip was not very good. My sandwich tasted great but our fries were very cold and it took a while to get our food, I also ordered fries to go and watched them take cold fries and dump them back in the warmer and got them back out like they were fresh when they were cold. Other employees were being rude to the counter person and would not help her, there was no team work. Wasn't a very good experience!

The cheese sticks were hot and good

Fix the water leak at the drink counter. It is very dangerous to have a wet floor and in an area that people are using a lot!!!

Good tasteful food, has one of the best chicken sandwiches around. I will continue to eat there and recommend it to everyone
