The food was cold

The french fries were cold

I only ordered a Ham melt and a Pepsi, I was on my way to an appointment and in a hurry. There were only two cars ahead of me. They finally pulled one car forward and one car turned their engine off because we waited so long. When I got my order the clerk was neither friendly or rude, just told me my total and have me my change. After I left I realized I was given a diet Pepsi and my ham melt was cold.
