Arby's

The food and speed of service was great. However the younger man up front who took our order wouldn't stop talking about his friends and their cars and what tires they use, and I had had a bad day and the last thing I needed was for someone to talk my ear off about things I don't know about or care about. He kept interrupting people while they were eating as he was cleaning the lobby and telling them about these irrelevant things. It was irritating and makes me want to avoid dining in in the near future.
