The cashier was extremely friendly. The new sandwich we ordered had way too much BBQ sauce on it. The coupon we had was for a free Creme Brûlée shake, they didn't have that but did offer us a jamocha shake instead. The cashier even came out to dining area and asked if we needed anything after we were seated. I believe her name was Jessica. Restaurant was clean and tidy.

Did not receive 3 orders of fries, requested no mayo and mayo was used, took approximately ten minutes from ordering to receiving my order and the beef n cheddar sandwich had no cheddar. TERRIBLE, will not return as this is the 3rd time this location has messed up my order
