Great customer service but wasn't impressed with the food

Your milkshakes are ridiculously too thick. Even after letting it melt for 15 minutes I couldn't suck the milk shake out through the straw. It caused a pressure sore on my tongue and even a day after having the milk shake my tongue is still in pain. Shame on you Arby's.
