Was excited to try the new brown sugar bacon sandwiches. I ordered bacon and turkey. Got home and no turkey.

I ocasionally like to order take out food from Arby's. I get frustrated when menu options keep changing. Also annoying when it takes a long time to process my gift card.

Took forever to checkout. The machine wouldn't take our gift card. Had to pay with cash. Not pleased.
