Speed of service was barely average, but the staff's general indifference was very dissatisfying. The employees acted as if they didn't want to be there, and it showed from the "greeting" (staring at me as I said hello) to the delivery of the food (more interested in talking with each other than making sure orders were right - a recurring issue at this location).

Did not offer coupon book but said I had one in my bag. There was not one there. Roast beef had a weird smell/taste. I did not receive my drink I payed for. Terribly disappointed!

Slow service, didn't offer a coupon book that could've saved us money, asked about it, she lied and said it was in the bag. No savings listed in receipt. Also forgot to give us a drink.

Worst place to eat ever!!!! Yes Iv been to a different location in the 37919 zip about 3-4 months ago. Service was bad cashier thru the money at me to make me leave and yes I wrote the store and got an response. Now i have come back only because of wife choice and a different store!! Big mistake. Rude order taker again. Sandwich maker was great. He was busy but was keeping up. Well only 4 people in line. Food took forever to be given from the window it sat in getting cold all while the mgr worried only about drive thru. After I got done eating the people behind me in line were still waitng for their food when I wanted a refill of my drink. Hahaha yeah. I didn't get that either. After waitng I just walked out. And no I will never return.
