Last night my family and I had. been driving all day and were exhausted and hungry. We had planned on a big dinner with family, but we were so tired we decided to put it off until this afternoon. We decided on Arby's because they have menu items we all enjoy. After a wait in the drive thru we got our food, looked in the bags, and it looked like everything was there, but of course we got back to the house and unloaded the bags before we noticed the missing items. They sure charged us for everything!!! It is getting so difficult to get accurate orders anymore that we tend to stick to the few places where we know we will get what we pay for, so it tends to really limit our options, unfortunately. The food we did get was very good, the awesome flavor we were expecting from Arby's, it is just so unfortunate that they ruined the experience by not paying attention and taking care of their customers.

Tried the Rueben sandwich. It was COLD AND DRY. So disappointed. I had the same sandwich at a different location and was impressed. So needless to say I won't be going back to the Moore, OK location ever again!
