The drive thru was very fast and the service was very friendly

There was a long wait in the drive thru. When I placed my order I had asked for a side of tarter sauce. When I was given my bag it wasn't there I had asked for Arby's sauce at the window and that was forgotten too. I wasn't given any napkins either. So it took even longer as I had to wait for each item. Even though 2 of them should have already been in the bag.

Decided to get shakes. The cashier/drive thru order taker was friendly. We had to wait quite awhile but I guess the car in front of us ordered 10 shakes. We saw her refilling the machine so we were worried they might not be good. But they tasted fine.
