Slow service. Drive thru associate was not attentive.

Downhill. Last time I visited Arby's the inside was greasy, dirty and sticky. No change on that. The only difference was there were three young men behind the counter to tell me why they could not cut my chicken pecan salad sandwich in half anymore because of peoples but allergies. My husband got the highly in store, advertised brisket sandwich which is the most expensive on the menu. It came to him dry like leather, barely able to chew. We got med drinks with our combos and were not told that a medium would raise the price of our combos above the very high price shown. Their were sticky stains everywhere on the tables and the condiments which have always been fresh were old. The drinks were highly carbonated and tasted like soda water. But the spouts had sticky goo hanging from them like this current crew: store does not know how to clean properly. We won't be back. Without quality for the money, my chicken pecan salad had about 1 TBSP of meat and apple on it, really? We won't be back unless there is a major overhaul on cleanliness and our next meal is FREE, that's two meals at 17.77 each that were barely edible and embarrassing.
