Took a long time for the woman to come to the window. She was very friendly though.

Good food and we didn't have to wait. Clean place and good service

Arby's has delicious menu items, but my smokehouse brisket sandwich seemed to have less quality ingredients than it did on my last visit.

It was okay

A manager called out and scolded a new guy at the register in the middle of taking an order and in front of customers while obviously embarrassing him. Just thought it was a little mean.

Someone I was with wanted to go. He said it was "ok"

Food was ok but I was kinda disappointed in the flavor of it all. The smoke house turkey sandwich was not all that. the fries were good as always. But the service took too long for it to be fast food.
