friendly staff, I received my food fairly quickly.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a roast beef sandwich. Then did not receive the deal that Arby's had going on for my drink and then the cashier through the money out the window and dropped all the change and the receipt on the ground outside of my car. Will not return.

Gave my order to someone else and didn't acknowledge or apologize for it....just said "I have no idea what they're doing, would you like a shake"? This is unacceptable

They were out of Roast Beef at 7 in the evening. Not enough for one sandwich! Then selected a Gyro and they had no onions or lettuce!!!
