The shift manager Anisia Burgos was so friendly and attentive. She remembered me from the previous visits. She was outgoing personality, had good suggestions about the new sliders, and gave personalized customer service. I wish they were all like Anisia!

The speed of service was terrible. Once the order was placed in drive thru, the cashier was quick to take my money. Then I was told to move past the drive-thru window to wait for my food. There was no one behind me, & I wanted to wait there for my food. I asked for a water while waiting. She insisted rudely to wait beyond the drive-thru and she was going to get my order and the water then. It was then that I figured that she was being timed on the order and she wanted to not take too long. I drove forward and waited over 4 minutes. I was unhappy with the wait time and rude behavior.

The new bacon brisket flatbread sandwich was very fatty and made my stomach upset. I ended up throwing up meal after eating it.

My experience was terrible with my food. We stopped by before our road trip and order food. My husbands turkey was disgusting and sloppy. As he fixed it before taking a bite he noticed something really hard and it was some of the turkey that was preheated so much that it made it like plastic. Disgusting and expensive
