Just grabbed a quick bite. Took a while but service was good overall

Arby's has always been one of my favorite restaurants. But this visit was not anything to write home about. My fries were extremely overdone. I actually asked my husband (my dinner partner) if he thought that were old fries that had been sitting there awhile that they dropped back down in the fryer to "heat up". I had an Arby's roast beef max meal & my bottom bun was soggy & mushy. I hate the fact that all Arby's roast beef sandwiches are served on the same sized bun. The max sandwich use to be on a much larger bun & it was SO much better. This new change makes the sandwich harder to eat bc you are constantly fighting with the meat to stay in the bun.
