My boyfriend and I ordered chicken sandwiches and both of them were tough and tasted as if they were sitting under the heat lamp for a long period of time. Because they were that bad, my boyfriend went up to the counter with our barely touched sandwiches and asked the staff for new ones. They cooked them fresh but it took so long we had to take then togo. When I took my first bite, the chicken was gross. I saw about 5/6 workers and even with a large staff the food took forever and was gross. I will go to Arbys again but NOT at that location.
