I waited in drive through for five minutes behind four cars at the order box without moving so decided to go inside. When I went inside I discovered there were only three people working: 1 inside, 1 drive through, and 1 cooking. RIDICULOUS! There's were six people already waiting on their orders and six waiting to place them, not to mention the drive through. I waited for 30 minutes for FRIES. My mom has to eat only certain foods and wanted Arby's fries so I was stuck waiting or I certainly would've gone somewhere else.

Always way too expensive for what you get. Had a long wait in line even though there was only 2 cars.

It took over 20 minutes to get our food and there were only two cars in line. I was late back to work for that reason and couldn't even eat the food that I paid ridiculous amounts of money for. Probably the last time I'll eat at this location.

The service was terrible and the dining room was dirty. Tables had not been cleaned off and there was some liquid all over the floor by the drink machines. I notified employees so they could clean it up before an accident was had and 20 minutes later it was still there. We were the only customers inside.

Slow service, not well maintained, drive thru was broken and had to order at the window

All of the lights were on, including the menu board after they were closed. No one answered the intercom to tell us that they were closed and when we went to the window to ask, the woman was very rude to us.
