I feel the food costs too much! I did not choose to eat there is was the only place open. I will not return for a very long time!

The staff is friendly, just not organized. I feel like that is the reason service is so slow at this restaurant. My food was ready when I finally got up to the window, but had to wait on employee to take not one, but two cars orders before getting my food.

No soup. Sad. Soup is so easy. Side salad was a joke. Sandwiches are good. Place was clean. Cashier was wonderful but the manager was rude and unprofessional. (Yelling at the poor girl for not calling out "onion rings" for example, when indeed the girl had done what she was supposed to do). I hate to see managers abuse employees. It's rude and it isn't a good representation of what Arby's probably wants to portray.

Sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes and then the food was cold and the got our order all messed up! Drive thru cashier was not very friendly!

I would give a good review if I actually got service. The lady came over the speaker and asked what I wanted...I gave my order and nothing. I sat there for a minute or so trying to get them to answer question...nothing. Pulled to the window and sat....nothing. Had to go to work so I left. Tried to call and complain....they didn't answer!!!! I saw a man walk in so the doors weren't locked. It said open at 6 am and it was 8:50 when I was there. So dissatisfied.
