Ordered two sandwiches and it took nearly 20 minutes to get our food. While waiting in the drive-through the girl running the drive-through window was very unprofessional and at one point was joking around with another coworker and flip them off. My 10-year-old was in the car and saw this happening as well. I will never return to this Arby's location again.

After going through the drive thru we drove home only to find 1/2 the order was missing. I called 4 times to report this and no one answered. Had to go all the way back to get the rest of the order. Manager handled it well but still annoying that I had to go back.

service and friendliness here is horrible, they can't get my order correct if my life depended on it! by this visit this is four times in a row I have left with my order not made right! not fresh food, 1/2 full large fry container, I one arbys but not this particular store
