This visit went very well. The staff was courteous (not always the case in the past) and the service was fairly quick. I go to Arby's ONLY when coupons are available. The normal prices for their items tend to be a bit high. When "Melissa" is working as manager the experience is always pleasant. I will recommend this drive thru and repeat visits as long as coupons are available. The only negative I see frequently is that their speaker/mouth peice is either of poor quality or needs work. They have difficulty hearing us and we most definitely have issues as well
