I had a pleasant visit to Arbys tonight. The last time I went the girl waiting on me was rude, therefore I haven't been there in some time. I have on 2 or 3 occasions gotten home to find I did not have what I had ordered. I had a coupon tonight however without one your prices are a little too expensive for fast food

We enjoy receiving coupons in the mail for Arby's beef and cheddar classics. They are very good sandwiches. The only problems I've had with Arby's is that they tend to be slow and the accuracy of your order is not always good.

The woman/girl running the drive thru didn't realize that my husband and myself could hear EVERYTHING she was saying thru the drive thru speaker. Apparently she couldn't hear us trying to place our order but ohhh WE could hear every word she was saying. She was VERY rude, said that we must be stupid and not know how to use a drive thru window. For some reason we could hear her but she couldn't hear us. We were very Mich insulted by her comments so we just drove away and went to Taco Bell down the road.
