Loved the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich

I ordered one of the crispy chicken cordon bleu sandwiches and was dissapointed. It wasn't particularly hot, nor was it crispy. In fact it was soggy. It was also pricey at $4.99. I do not think I will order that item again.
