I ordered a farmhouse salad with turkey and got the salad with fried chicken instead of turkey. So much for healthy options!

I went inside to order a to go order. There was no one in line ahead of me. I was not greeted or acknowledged for 2 minutes. After I ordered there were 2 drive thru orders ahead if me. I did not receive my order until 6 drive thru orders had been served. This was very discouraging. Also the assistant manager was vocally complaining about a coworker for taking a long break. This was very unprofessional and should have been handled privately.

Slow service and forgot food

The lady at the counter looked mad that we walked through the door. We ordered our food with 2 drinks and we were given only one cup. We asked for the other cup and the cashier rolled her eyes at us. We looked at the receipt and we did pay for 2 drinks. Not sure why she hates her job so much. She should not be working with people

Every time I go to the Eastgate Ohio location they always forget something! How hard is it to check the customers order?!
