I we went to see Ant man pretty good movie but the seats were A14 first row terrible seats where you get your tickets an pick your seats the movie was sold out turns out 20-25 seats were empty

We sat in the new recliner chairs and mine didn't work so they had to refund my money for my seat.

We were dissatisfied because one of the recliners was broken and all they offered was a refund of one ticket

Decided to switch it up from my normal theater and try this one because my girlfriend said it was a great place. Well that couldn't have been further from the truth. My movie went from being an hour and half to three hours, because the picture kept failing. Or random commercial audio would start playing over the film. The staff came in once when it messed up, then never came back with updates after the next three mess ups. Only positive was I got a free movie pass, hopefully the next experience is better. If not I will be sure to just keep going to my old theater.
