Arbys is ok. The food is ok, but the staff doesn't always listen to requests made for orders with specifications.

was mid afternoon when I went and restaurant was only staffed with a couple people at the time. one in kitchen. one drive thru. I waited over 5 minutes to place order. finally Mgr emerged to take order. food was meh. roast beef didn't seem fresh exactly. fries had a lot of burnt ends
