Employee wasn't very sharp. Had to explain everything to her about the basic coupon I used.

Drive thru took way to long.

its ok. just got to expensive to go to often

No Baked potatoes, no regular fries, Ask for extra sauerkraut on Ruben did not receive it.

Market fresh sandwich was good, but I could smell a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom at the counter. Made me kind of nauseated.

Sorry but the beef n cheddars were awful. The cheddar had a horrible taste and smell. Upgrade the cheddar sauce.

Waited about 5 mins just to order, said system went down then got to the window and the employee seemed lost. Myself and my two daughters went into the restaurant to use the restroom, which had no toilet paper, when we came out my husband was still at the window waiting on our food. We asked for condiments and the lady didn't seemed confused.

The problem was I did not get my complete order. If the drive thru order box had a video screen I would have known the employee did not get my full order and by the time I discovered it at the drive thru it would have meant reordering and holding up the line

Waited 5-10 minutes to order because register girl was preparing someone else food while the back cook was standing there eating and drive girl was standing there drinking her drink then food came out wrong from the time we walked in till we got out good was a out 15-20 minutes
