As we walked in, 2 ladies were smoking right by the door, probably not far enough away to meet the legal requirements. Then, I witnessed the cashier clean tables and lobby and then not wash her hands prior to drying clean trays and returning to the register. I also noticed mold growing on the ceiling in multiple spots. Just didn't feel like a clean location at all.

About 15 minutes after eating there I began to feel sick; within half an hour I was throwing up. I'll never be eating there again.
