Forgot my ranch and had to go back inside

The GM was extremely disrespectful! A sandwich came with something on it that It usually doesn't come with, at least not where I'm from. I explained that to her and she stated that I should've known and that next time I need to order correctly. She at first told me it came like that and I couldn't exchange it. She was very rude.
