Our food was great and the employees were friendly. Only complaint is that the inside of the restaurant was dirty. Every table had crumbs or ketchup on it. We had to clean a table to sit down.

I ordered the BBQ brisket Hawaiian sandwich and I ordered it exactly how it comes and they didn't put pickles on it

There was not enough roast beef on my sandwich. It was not a good value for the price.

I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. Had I not been sandwiched between cars I would have left, the wait was ridiculous. It's clear that the ARBYS in Paris, Texas has some staffing or training issues during peak times. I will not be back unless I see no one in line. They at not able to get orders out quickly
