I order sweet tea and got unsweet tea

Very slow!!! ?? The pick Up window was disorganized, order was incomplete and didn't get a straw.. Will not go back to that Arby!!

Spent over 15 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. Very slow service and employees were very rude.

I only ordered a Reuben yet was charged for the meal it seems. The meat was excellent but that was the only aspect that was acceptable as there was no cheese, too much sauce and turned sourcraut (not in a good way).
