Good was cold

Line was very long. This visit was nothing like my previous positive visits to this restaurant. They gave me a very small amount of fries and my food was also cold.

Price was a bit high and I used a coupon!! I don't ever go to Arby's unless I have a coupon. I've always thought their rices were ridiculously high compared to other fast food chains.

Fries were stale. I've never really had a problem with the quality of Arby's food until this time. I was pretty surprised when I tasted my food. I probably won't return for awhile because of this.

Food was cold. Usually I have good experiences when I visit Arby's but not this time. I will go back but only because I know they are capable of providing better service.

Arby's on pine hills and silver star was the worst experience I have had at a fast food place I will never go to another Arby's again because of this experience and the food is over priced for what it is I will tell all my friends about this
