Service was very slow

What a dump!!! The guy getting our order together was training and his trainer just left him alone. He didn't know what wS going on. Our food sat on a tray, even though we were taking it to go. The self serve ice wasn't working, so he too my cup and put ice in it. When he brought my cup back there was something black on it. The area where the food was put together was gross!!!!
