Last two times we have gone in we end up having something that needs fixing when they are done or leave and have to go back because there is a problem with something else. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly but men at front desk could seem like they care a little more

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change- that never happened. Listen to a conversation from a tech saying a couple needed struts replaced- couple just had new struts on the vehicle. It is worrisome for a service to be recommended and is not needed.
