Food tasted great, friendly workers although restaurant was dirty appearing such as the floor etc. overall great food & workers!

Waited right behind someone at the window for 15 minutes, our food was on the counter when we got to the window, everything was barely warm and our shake was very thin from sitting on the counter. The manager had the food remade.

I have a short lunch break and I don't like to waste it driving all over town looking for lunch. I've been to this Arby's before and had a few issues but nothing major so I decided to return. I pulled into the drive thru and was greeted normally and it was downhill from there. I asked a question about the ingredients on a sandwich and sat waiting for a response. No one answered. I repeated my question, again no answer. I said "are you there?" To which the clerk replied yes, go ahead. I again asked my question, again NO response. I again said can you hear me? Are you there? NO RESPONSE. Finally a "yes" so I proceed to AGAIN ask my question, this time angry as so much time is being wasted and there was only one other car there, at the window. The last time, after no response once again, I had to leave. I had already wasted at least 8 minutes. I will never return to this Arby's, horrible service.
