They did not repeat back my order and it was rang in wrong. I was charged the wrong amount

I usually buy the hot ham and swiss or beef and cheddar. Love them. This time I ordered the chicken. The nastiest taste ever. Don't ever get the chicken!

It was awful the order was wrong and slow. And the mozerella sticks were undercooked
