Arby's

It was good

I had to pull off the highway because it was raining so hard I couldn't see. The McDonald's lot was packed but Arby's across the street wasn't. So I went in, used the restroom (clean) and hit a small chocolate shake and a large curly fries. I kinda wish I had reversed it bc the fries were mediocre but the shake was delicious. Anyway, I never eat inside fast food restaurants, but it proved a clean and quiet place to wait out the storm.

I ordered a large fry and the thing was just a little over half full.

The food was great. However I waited in the drive thru for 24 minutes before I got my food. I have a 30-minute lunch. This particular location is always busy and always SLOW, but this was way beyond the normal slow.

It took over 20 min to go through the drive thru. Very upsetting

I sat in the drive thru, at the intercom for over twenty minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Then sat there another twenty minutes before getting to the window to get my order. I had ice cream in my car that melted
