They were out of pickles on the condiment bar, forgot the cheese on the roast beef sand, and served us not fresh mozzarella sticks:( The staff was friendly and helpful though.

Drive thru was terribly backed up. Had to go in. Very disorganized.

Had a text for the Hawaiian BBQ and cream brûlée shake. No one took order @ drive through so drove around to window. They didn't have cream brûlée, only jamoka. Sandwich had sauce that tasted like Arby's sauce. Thought it would be sweeter maybe with a pineapple flavor. Brisket was dry and a little tough. Should have drove a couple more miles to the pig stand & had some real BBQ. Their sandwich is the same price, more meat that's moist @ tender, more sauce, better value.

the food was warm at best. my chicken strip tasted like that had been sitting out all day and all our fries were hardly warm at all. my husband's french dip sandwich was completely cold . he had to take it back and asked them to warm it up . they did so but the cheese wasn't even melted. I know it's fast food but I don't think it's asking to much to have hot fresh food !!
