Arby's

I ordered a chicken sandwich and my chicken was so tough and rubbery that I couldn't even bite through it. Very disappointed because I really wanted it.

Kings Hawaiian fish is usually my favorite item, but today it was slathered with way too much tarter sauce and the filet was really greasy. Also our fries were half-cooked, there was no tea in the restaurant, and there was no ketchup in the dispenser. We could really tell the good employees take Sunday off, because this usually a great place to eat through the week.

I have a few complaints. First of all, the restaurant did not have their pole lights on so I couldn't even see the store when I came up on it (I was unfamiliar with the area), so I had to drive up the road and turn around to get to it. Then, after ordering and PAYING for a mid roast beef sandwich and received a sandwich that had less meat on it than would go on a regular sized roast beef. The workers were nice, but they need to get it together.
