The staff was ok, the dining room and restroom were dirty but the food was good

I did not order food. Only stopped to use the restroom which was decent.

There were so many flys in there when I told the lady in charge she said it was from the drive through window I told her they were on my drink she would not give me a new cup. Said they had to be counted I threw my food n drink away and left

While we love Arby's usually, this location was horrible! Besides the building looking run down and the kitchen being dirty, the service was terribly slow. We were only the second in line, but had to wait almost 15 minutes for our food (regular Arby's sandwiches and fries--nothing special). We told 3 different people, including a manager-looking man, that the Dr. Pepper syrup needed to be changed, and it never was. The restaurant was not busy, just poorly functioning.
