Fast friendly service

I stopped at Arby's to get lunch for me and my family. I tried a new menu item because I had a coupon for it; The chicken bacon cheese sandwich. I was a little disappointed because the chicken was dried out and greasy. I did like the bacon though. When I got home with my order, I found out they had forgotten my sons to ham sliders and had to travel back to the store to get his sandwiches. The person in drive-through is very nice and replaced the sandwiches and when I asked to get fresh potato cakes because the other ones were cold she took care of that too. I will be back but I will probably not get the chicken sandwiches again.

My curly fries were all clumped together and the coating was falling off as I ate them, but overall satisfactory.

Fast friendly service as always

It seemed like it took forever to get our food once we ordered. I could hear the manager yelling at some staff to get back to the slicer and grill because they had orders up yet they just stood around for a bit.

Curly fries are heavenly

Really wanted some curly fries and a roast beef sandwich. The sandwich was awesome but my fries were cold and I could tell they had been sitting around for a while
