I was the only person in line and it took a few minutes before anyone took my order. Also, I told them "to go" and they still put it in a tray.

Friendly staff horrible food

Order no mayo on my smokes house sandwiches and they all came with mayo. Ordered 3 jr roast beef sandwiches. Which I did not receive in my bag. Got home and realized o was missing my food and the food I did have was wrong. I called the manager and she was rude and unhelpful. Offered to replace the food that was missing but not the food that was incorrect. Acted like it was no big deal my kids didn't get their food. I have never been so unsatisfied and angry with Arby's as I am now. I am not sure I will ever return.
