Every single time I visit this specific Arby's, they always mess up the sandwich that I order! It never fails. I've never had this problem at any other Arby's.

I pulled up to the drive through speaker no one acknowledged me after a few min I said "hello?" Some replied "I'm not ready!" Then came back and asked for my order 2 min later I ordered my food in the drive through then was told to pull ahead an wait 10 min for 2 roast beef meals and a kids meal then they brought my food out and I did not get my kids meal so I went into the lobby they claimed I didn't order one even though they asked what drink and sides I wanted?! Very frustrating they said I could purchase a kids meal but at that point I was so frustrated I just left with what I had
