Staff is always friendly, food is always hot and freshly made

The staff all went above and beyond what any other Arby's ever has. I'm in a wheelchair but even though my son & husband were there to get the doors, a female staff member ran up to get the door. Very friendly taking our order and the food was fresh.

went through the drive thru , wasn't busy so able to get through fast , also fast service . non eventful

Everything was fine. Would prefer diet coke to diet Pepsi. Arby's is too expensive to get often

I think instead of having less meat on the sandwich maybe you should use smaller buns. Most the roast beef comes in sizes but it's the same size bun with different amount of meat. The #4 is a very small amount of meat on a large bun. Not very tasty.

Son loves the roast beef. It's his favorite. Orange cream shake was very good.
