It tasted good, but the main thing I wanted was a shake and the employee took down the shake machine as we were getting there/as we ordered so they wouldn't have to make us any and could leave sooner when it closed (it was close to closing) It was also too expensive for fast food, but better quality than most

Clean restaurant and grounds. Friendly employees. Good food.

The Lowell Arby's staff is phenomenal. Fast and very polite.

This Arby's has easy in and out access, clean inside and out, friendly helpful staff. The only negative I have is trying to understand why the Lowell store charges 85cents more for orange cream shake to have whipped cream added to it when my husband and I have been to most Arby's in Grand Rapids and whipped cream always comes on the orange cream shake no matter what siZe we've ordered!

This visit I was not happy. Food is very expensive I could go to apple bees or roadhouse for the prices I paid. The bathroom was filthy, the tables were all dirty and the floor needed some vacuuming. The staff we sooo slow, some of them seemed clueless to what they were suppose to do but other wise friendly. The food was just okay, fries were cold!

This Arby's has a convenient location, easy in-out, service was a bit slow. Very disappointed because I stopped for a specific menu item that they said they no longer carry but there was a picture of it in the front window of the store and it was also posted in the drive thru window! That was what made me stop! Don't stop here because the mint shakes are no longer being served!!!!
