Came into store with battery problem. Staff efficiently identified problem as a ground cable issue. However, the reason this came up was they didn't properly clean the terminals and seat them when they replaced the battery just last month. Required 5 lost hours of my time today as well as having to get a jump this morning in 30* weather.
