By far the worst experience at an Arby's drive thru. My husband and I were both looking forward to eating at Arby's, I wanted the Kings Hawaiian and he wanted a beef and cheddar. After waiting over 10 minutes at the window we finally got the food. But our order was messed up and my food was cold! The staff wasn't the friendliest either. At the end of the transaction we found out that our card was over charged! Honestly I would rather have a locally owned roast beef joint we have here in town.
